Schedule of Events

5:30 – 6:30 PM Social - Complementary Appetizers, Wine/Beer

6:30 PM Seating and Introductions

6:45 PM Dinner

8:00 PM Silent Auction Ends, Live Auction Begins

Drawing for 50/50 Raffle

 

 DINNER CHOICES

•        Bacon Wrapped Pork Filet with Apple Cider Demi-Glace
•        Atlantic Salmon Filet with Fresh Dill Cream or Provencal
•        Vegetarian Meal Choice                                                                

 

Each will be served with a Salad of Mixed Greens, Crumbled Goat Cheese, Candied Walnuts, Dried Cranberries, and a Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing, Au-Gratin Potatoes, Jumbo Asparagus oven-roasted with Herb Butter, Rolls, and Butter.

Dessert will be a choice of New York Style Cheesecake with a Mixed Berry Sauce or Red Velvet Cake
